Pure perfection is coming to a store near you this November, in the form of the Nikon D3. If I had an extra $5,000 dollars laying around, this thing would be mine.

*Word* has it that this model (D3) is scheduled to be replaced (in like 6 months) by another which will have a larger sensor and be a better camera overall (similar to D2 -> D2x)...
Honestly the D300 is a fantastic prosumer camera that does many things the D3 does w/o all the weight / size.
Hey Angelo, thanks for stopping by and showing some love! It's kind of a moot point, because I don't have an extra $2,000 for the D300 either :-) But golly, it's nice to have a dream. I'm not complaining though, I do love my D70
